This neighborhood has many more active listings than most neighborhoods around the Denver Metro Area. If you are looking in the price rage of 500s and up, and newer modern townhouses then you definately have your pick here.
Still so much new construction is going on in this neighborhood. It does appear though that the average home price is on the rise. Even from one year ago it seems there is a big difference. Of the active listings, the average home price is $650,000. Only 3 of the 36 active listings are under 300K if that is any indication of the prices in this neighborhood.
The activiely of the sold properties seems to be slowing down with only 5 sold in the month of June. It appears that July will pick up though with 11 homes currenlty under contract.
