This neighborhood is always pretty active with a lot going on. I do see more active listings than previous months but that is typical for this time of year (Spring). Still a lot of new construction going on here and I do not anticipate that to change anytime in the near future.
Home prices in the neighborhood seem to be aligned with where they are normally at. Usually not too much under 325K in this neighborhood and they pretty much go all the way up to 800K from there. I think that will remain the same in this area.
If you are a buyer looking to upgrade, Jefferson Park is a neighborhood with so much to offer. Many local retail and restaurants and proximity to downtown make it quite a desirable place to live.
