The Scoop:

I love the layout of this home. A lot of new builds in the area have smaller bedrooms and living rooms but the master bedroom was a decent size and had a fireplace in it. Also, the living rooms was big enough to have big furniture which sometimes is hard to find new builds with good size living rooms. The finishes were beautiful and the kitchen was really beautiful. Would be great for someone who likes to cook. The view of downtown from the rooftop deck was great also. Would be a great place to entertain in the summer evenings.
I think that it is slightly overpriced. I think if they put it below 600s it would sell easier. It is also a slower time of year in this area so it may sell but at that price but I am thinking it will be on the market until Spring.
